I have bought a few cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience I have ever had in my life!! I literally went to another Honda dealership before Crown Honda and I had the worst experience ever and best experience I have ever had in my life!! I literally went to another Honda dealership before Crown Honda and I had the worst experience ever and when I went to Crown Honda it ended up being like a big rainbow of sunshine!! I not only had the best guy ever who was so very helpful and answered all my questions but I had a guy, Sejad Gurdic who was also so friendly, so down to earth and so funny that I actually had a blast while buying my first Honda car! I feel so comfortable at your dealership Crown Honda that I know that when ever I need work done on my car whether it is an oil change or what ever I may need in the future I will always come to Crown Honda because I feel like I am getting the best help that I could ever ask for and I also feel so comfortable and right at home in your dealership!! my car needed a steering rack which took approximately three weeks to get the part. Honda did put me in a rental car during that time after I spoke with the service manager since the car was unsafe to dri three weeks to get the part. Though I've lived here for over 40 years, I'd never visited Crown before. I did last Friday and was very impressed by all of the folks I met. My salesperson, Eric Harris, was particularly helpful and I visited Crown before. I did last Friday and was very impressed by all of the folks I met.
