I traveled a long distance to buy a specific model and make of car that my son wanted and I have to say that ,buying cars for 30 years I was shocked with the lack of transparency, organization and communi make of car that my son wanted and I have to say that ,buying cars for 30 years I was shocked with the lack of transparency, organization and communication among the dealership employees and client service. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle after 4 days, they said they needed to get ready,meaning inspection and detailed and tires,also waiting for finance people to call as I did all the paperwork and absolutely nothing was explained to me and my son just a number game that the finance guy was trying to rip us off of extra money for tag and registration.I was also promised 2 free oil change from sales person for all these issues ,a full detail and full car inspection at thr time of purchase and none was done obviously. The car was absolutely still dirty,not detailed just rinsed,never cleaned inside.Oild change certificate still never given (2) per Ritch.No inspection papers,no touch up as discussed and I feel like I was the problem there when they have showed very poor service because i paid most of it in advance for the vehicle to be ready ,also the tire low pressure light was going off as soon as the vehicle was driven off the parking lot and that means the car was not even test driven at all besides never even washed. The manager tried to make it right but still have to make a 3th trip to Pinellas which is 3 hours drive both ways and they act like I am the problem not their service incompetence,that's is the most frustrating thing of all.Really Crown Honda ??? Please get your act together and don't make your consumer feel like this when this is all on you.I hope these issues are addressed with 1 more trip. More

Brooks Falzone is top notch. He gave me a good idea what my problem was with my ridgeline and was spot on.
