As the contract on the 1st Honda we’ve ever owned was coming to an end we returned to was very knowledgeable, attentive and exceptionally friendly. As the contract on the 1st Honda we’ve ever owned was coming to an end we returned to Crown Honda, undecided if we would continue with Honda or return to our beloved Toyota. You see, Mr. Michael Petters, in addition to his extensive Honda knowledge and professionalism, won us over by listening and providing answers to our questions and carefully showing us the awesome safety features; which was not an easy task since English is not our native language. His genuine interest in our concerns and friendliness had my mother - who was less enthusiastic in the beginning - smiling at the end. I inquired about a vehicle at crown Honda yesterday evening and scheduled an appointment to go test drive it this morning. We met with Christina, who was the most helpful person we could have asked for evening and scheduled an appointment to go test drive it this morning. She kept us in the know the whole time and did everything to make sure she was giving us correct information. She truly made the experience wonderful, as we all know buying a car can be stressful.
