Gary Phillips was very helpful during the entire experience. However, the service I received was not up to expectations. I took my 2014 Honda Accord in for a recall on possibly corroded drive shafts experience. However, the service I received was not up to expectations. I took my 2014 Honda Accord in for a recall on possibly corroded drive shafts. The driveshafts required replacement. The day after the repair my car developed a thumping and grinding noise at the left front which got progressively worse. Crown Honda towed the car back and found that the CV axle bolts had not been properly torqued. More
