I’m retired and in Seminole for the month of February and I realized that I needed an oil change before my return to Indiana. This Honda service center was nearby and after seeing their positive reviews, ca I realized that I needed an oil change before my return to Indiana. This Honda service center was nearby and after seeing their positive reviews, called to schedule. Scheduling was quick and I received a reminder call. Daniel Quintiliani was my service advisor. He met me promptly and entered my information into their system and explained what they would do and check on my Odyssey. Then he escorted me to their waiting area. He returned after a short wait and advised me to another issue that showed up during the inspection. This service was not critical for me in the near term, so I decided to defer until I returned to home. I felt no pressure from Daniel to have the service done. He did explain the need to be sure I did the service and advised I use Honda service to be sure that factory specifications were maintained. Later, he brought the car around and collected payment. I did ask if they had a car wash. He provided a complimentary wash at a nearby wash. He walked me to my van and removed all the seat and floor coverings. Overall a clean and seamless service call and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Crown Honda and Daniel Quintiliani for your service needs. More

I came in to have our CRV serviced and Brooks Falzone took the time to explain what needed to be done on the car and our options and all the pricing for each option. We were able to talk through some of our thoughts with him and make a decision we felt good about. As they worked on the car they found an unexpected issue with one of our wheel studs. We had recently bought tires and it was mentioned then, but we didn't get it fixed. When he called me about it, we told him to go ahead and fix it. He called and said it would take a little longer than expected because the new part they put on was noisy and they wanted to get a another one and make sure it was working correctly. He would call and give us updates on it and we appreciated that follow up. When we came in to pick up the car, they had gone above and beyond on making the car look good and gave us more service and attention that we were expecting. I felt really good about the car and how it looked and performed and I am grateful that Brooks Falzone worked with us and was willing to take the time to make sure the car service was done correctly and to work with us on the price to make sure that we got the best price possible for what was done on the car. Finally, when we came in to pick up the car, he thanked us for our patience and even though we could tell he had a long day and exhausting day, he took the time to talk with us and make us feel comfortable and appreciated and answer all of our questions.
