Had a great experience working with Enver Bekric to test-drive (and ultimately buy) a new 2020 CRV. He was extremely personable and worked hard to ensure I was aware of every feature. Enver seemed really excited to share his knowledge about the car and make sure I understood its features... to include his efforts to ensure I personally experienced (I think) every single safety feature. The overall sales experience was relatively painless, even though I did not walk into the showroom expecting to buy a car on the spot. I went to Crown Honda to look at used Honda Civics because of their gas mileage and their reliability. Enver Bekric, my sales consultant, was walking me to all of the used Honda Civics when we came a because of their gas mileage and their reliability. Enver Bekric, my sales consultant, was walking me to all of the used Honda Civics when we came across a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback and took it for a test drive. After the test drive, I told Enver that I would take this car.
