I came in to Honda wanting to drive a Cr-V and compare it to the Toyota Rav4. I had already done some research to compare the 2 cars. Fortunately for me Enver Bekric was the person who greeted me outside as to the Toyota Rav4. I had already done some research to compare the 2 cars. Fortunately for me Enver Bekric was the person who greeted me outside as I began walking around. I explained to him what I wanted to do and he explained the differences to me and encouraged me to try both. His knowledge was amazing when it came to the safety features which I was interested in. He was very personable, articulate and knowledgeable. I decided I liked the Honda MUCH better and Enver made sure I got the one that was the best for me. I wanted a blue one and he made it happen with a very good deal. When it came to setting it all up with all the features, Enver was kind and patient with me assuring me that if I needed help in the future just to give him a call and he'd help me. I would definitely give Enver a 5 plus star rating for all things concerned!! More

Great experience at Crown Honda. With small children it can be hard to visit dealerships, not to mention buying a car because process expected to be long.. We came in just to look at the vehicle and ended up making a great deal thanks to Yana and her manager Justin who worked hard on getting me this great deal. Everything much appreciated and I would definitely recommend to friends and family Yana @ Crown Honda. In less than 2 hours we were done with everything. Yana handled it from the start to the very finish, no back and forth what’s so ever. Very matter of fact on prices and considering at the same time.. Thanks guys!!! More

Very fast experience. In total I was there 1.5 hours and Yana was great. Very personable and efficient. She answered all of the questions-knew all the answers plus more.
