Appointment was on time. Once my car was diagnosed Zach Ruppert arranged a shuttle ride home because my car had to remain overnight. The part needed was not in stock. She is very personable, professional and thoughtful. Because I'm bringing my car from another city to be serviced at Crown I always wait while it is being serviced a fact not lost on Michelle. From my first appointment with Michelle she asked if there was any way she could make my wait more enjoyable including courtesy transportation. She really knows her stuff about Honda vehicles and my vehicle always has a noticeable improvement either in the way it drives or in improvements in the air conditioner.
