My husband and I went to Crown Honda possibly looking for a new car, maybe we would, maybe we wouldn't. We didn't need a new car. You always anticipate there will be pressure from a salesman and we were r a new car, maybe we would, maybe we wouldn't. We didn't need a new car. Brought my vehicle in again on 8/1/20 for the same issue from a year ago - water stains on the headliner - and 2 other issues with the vehicle that are covered - 1st: the CSR was complaining to her co-wor from a year ago - water stains on the headliner - and 2 other issues with the vehicle that are covered - 1st: the CSR was complaining to her co-workers (rudely) about how "busy" she was - IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS - 2nd: I wait 1.5 hours for them to tell me they have to research how to fix the issues I have going on (3 of them) and i should hear something on Monday (8/3) - I even explained to the CRS that my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd experience with the service department & dealership has not been acceptable- about 2 weeks goes by and i realize I haven't heard anything so I called and left a message for the Service Department Manager - here it is now 8/31/20 and i haven't heard from a single person at this dealership. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from ANYWHERE - and I work customer service/sales for over 18 years now - THIS IS 100% UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! I would never buy anything from this dealership ever again if it was the last one on Earth!!!!!!! I wouldn't TAKE a car from them if there were giving hem away!!!!!! More
