John Baker is a great representative for Crown Honda On Sunday July 5th we stopped in to car shop for my daughter who is going to college soon. Unfortunately, I can’t respect a Honda dealership who doesn’t associate needs for Honda service with a potential purchase (at that time or later). I made all the calls, I pursued the information...I don’t work there. The experience was unfortunate as I have been loyal to Honda for 25 years and am on my 7th Honda vehicle. High estimate, little give and no “pitch” on maybe purchasing something else...disappointing. We will drive further to another Honda dealership who has these basics established. More
