Great Car Buying Experience at an Awesome Price! Shopping at Crown Honda was a wonderful experience. I worked with salesman Owen Swain, and he was the most respectful and thorough salesman I interac Shopping at Crown Honda was a wonderful experience. I worked with salesman Owen Swain, and he was the most respectful and thorough salesman I interacted with. The whole deal for my car was settled over email. We worked out all of the numbers online, and that made the experience very easy once I got to their dealership (which I had to drive 2.5 hours away for). I bought a 2020 Civic Hatchback Sport, and Crown Honda had the best deal within a 200 mile radius of me. Once there, my salesman Owen, their manager Justin Callahan, and the finance manager Nick Feliciano made my purchase very smooth. The car was already waiting for me out front and ready to go looking detailed and shiny. I did a quick test drive to make sure the car was alright, signed the paperwork on numbers we agreed on beforehand, and I was on my way with my new car within a couple of hours. I would recommend shopping at Crown Honda to anyone looking for a great deal and quick and easy car buying experience. More

We love working with Dante. He is a wonderful young man. Always have a smile on his face and very patient. My son decided to trade his Honda Accord in for the Chevrolet Impala. Crown Honda has gained a customer for life. I have never bought a new car before. So, I was nervous about what my experience would be. Michelle’s customer service was great. She was attentive and empathetic of my service needs for my recently purchased vehicle from Crown Honda. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to get to the dealersh and empathetic of my service needs for my recently purchased vehicle from Crown Honda. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to get to the dealership until it almost closed. Even with 10 minutes left before closing, Brooks was still ready to help me get my car. When I went to start it, the battery would not let it start. I think it was Dan who was nice enough to bring out the battery jumper to help me get going again. Thank you all for your service.
