Amazing Service! I am SO thrilled with the assistance that I received from Michele in getting my car serviced. She made special arrangements for me to bring in my car I am SO thrilled with the assistance that I received from Michele in getting my car serviced. She made special arrangements for me to bring in my car for a leaking of fluid so that I didn't have to wait to have whatever was leaking cause the need and expense to have the care towed to the dealership. With the car there, she made arrangements for me to have the courtesy shuttle give me a ride home. To my surprise, I received a phone call within a few hours of dropping the car off that they had found the problem, had the needed parts and within a few more hours the courtesy shuttle was at the door to pick me up and I had my car back same day!!! Thank you again Michele!! More

The deal could not have been smoother and the price, including trade-in, was very good and below what I expected. The dealership is in a mess due to construction but I would recommend Tom to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was congenial, well-informed and knowledgeable. In addition, he arranged to personally deliver the new car to me and close the deal at my residence, as he lives about 15 minutes away! Can't get much better service than that! More

Frank quickly identified what he had that matches my request. Within in very short amount of time I had a new car meeting all of the request I had given him.
