On December 30, 2019 I brought the Honda CR-V, which I recently bought from Crown in order to correct the dent in the upper side of the dash. Mr. Veltri confirmed this wasn't normal and said he would call high authority on how to handle this deficiency and report back to me the very next day. He was emphatic about being in contact the very next day. Not only did Mr. Veltri not contact me the very next day, to date he has yet to contact me about this issue. I sent Mr. Veltri and email last night and it is now noon on 1/10/2020 and he still has not contact me. Today I will begin my official letter writing campaign and I will post on social media the absolutely lousy follow through of your service manager. And the hybrid CR-V EXL I called you about, that you said you'd call me once they came into the dealership, well you can forget out it. I dealt with your dealership because I like the way you treated me. You need to work at another Honda dealership that supports your sales efforts. Junab Ali More

People Really Do Listen I was nervous coming into Crown Honda and purchasing a car on my own for the first time in over 50 years. Luckily, I was met by very friendly people a I was nervous coming into Crown Honda and purchasing a car on my own for the first time in over 50 years. Luckily, I was met by very friendly people and then Tia Harr offered me her assistance. She asked tons of questions which I was prepared to answer because my adult children had advised me to study and know the features that were important to me. Tia asked all those questions and she matched me to a car that Crown had. When it came to costs, she listened and went back to the manager twice to help him hear my concerns. When I left Crown that day, I was driving the car I wanted at the price I was happy to pay. I have been telling everyone about how well I was treated. I never felt pressured. I felt listened to. Before I left, a young man reviewed all the papers with me. He was very pleasant and helpful, but, I'm sorry, I don't remember his name. Because of the people I met, especially Tia, I feel I can trust them for the future care of the car and am looking forward to an ongoing relationship with Honda Crown. More

It was a complicated transaction with many parts ( getting out-of state title, out -of state trade in, etc.) and Richard and the entire staff we worked with went out of their way to accommodate us. The car I wanted was a 2019 but had been sold right before he put in the sale. Jason ordered me a 2020 that was delivered the next day and was ready for me to pick up on Saturday Morning. My appointment was at 10:30 am with a trade in and I was all done in a few hours. Chad Stephens was my finance person and he was pleasant and very professional. Very Bad Experience My family and I have been a customer of Crown for 25+ years. That being said, my most recent experience has been anything but pleasant! We sat down an My family and I have been a customer of Crown for 25+ years. That being said, my most recent experience has been anything but pleasant! We sat down and negotiated for several hours on 2 different vehicles. A Honda Odyssey EX and a Pilot Elite. We decided to go home and sleep on it in an effort to decide which vehicle we wanted more. We decided to go with the Pilot. We headed back down to the dealership on Sunday afternoon to complete the deal. This is where things start to get messy! As we were starting the process of signing the the papers on the Pilot, a sales manager took me into a closed door office. He proceeded to tell me that they could not honor the deal that they had given to me IN WRITING because the sales manager from the previous day (Justin) had screwed something up with the numbers. I was told that we could still take the vehicle home with us and that he would speak with the GM the next day about finding a way to make the deal work. I was told that he couldn't guarantee that the deal would go through, but also that he hadn't never seen the GM not make a deal happen. So, our fingers were crossed. The next day, I receive a call from the original Sales Manager (Justin). He informed me that there was just no way that we could get the vehicle for the price that they had quoted us. He seemed genuinely apologetic, but nevertheless, we were unable to obtain the vehicle for the price that we had been promised. We ended up getting an Odyssey for a good deal, but this whole situation left a VERY bad taste in our mouth with Crown. My family and I have leased/purchased a new car every few years from Crown since the mid 90's. Very disappointed that customer loyalty has such little value to them. For what it's worth, the salesman (Hugo Gonzalez) was fantastic. The poor guy was just stuck in the middle. More
