Very Bad Experience My family and I have been a customer of Crown for 25+ years. That being said, my most recent experience has been anything but pleasant! We sat down an My family and I have been a customer of Crown for 25+ years. That being said, my most recent experience has been anything but pleasant! We sat down and negotiated for several hours on 2 different vehicles. A Honda Odyssey EX and a Pilot Elite. We decided to go home and sleep on it in an effort to decide which vehicle we wanted more. We decided to go with the Pilot. We headed back down to the dealership on Sunday afternoon to complete the deal. This is where things start to get messy! As we were starting the process of signing the the papers on the Pilot, a sales manager took me into a closed door office. He proceeded to tell me that they could not honor the deal that they had given to me IN WRITING because the sales manager from the previous day (Justin) had screwed something up with the numbers. I was told that we could still take the vehicle home with us and that he would speak with the GM the next day about finding a way to make the deal work. I was told that he couldn't guarantee that the deal would go through, but also that he hadn't never seen the GM not make a deal happen. So, our fingers were crossed. The next day, I receive a call from the original Sales Manager (Justin). He informed me that there was just no way that we could get the vehicle for the price that they had quoted us. He seemed genuinely apologetic, but nevertheless, we were unable to obtain the vehicle for the price that we had been promised. We ended up getting an Odyssey for a good deal, but this whole situation left a VERY bad taste in our mouth with Crown. My family and I have leased/purchased a new car every few years from Crown since the mid 90's. Very disappointed that customer loyalty has such little value to them. For what it's worth, the salesman (Hugo Gonzalez) was fantastic. The poor guy was just stuck in the middle. More

We had been Regal in Lakeland (who lied to us about having the car we were looking for and then t After an accident, I was looking to replace my CR-V. We had been Regal in Lakeland (who lied to us about having the car we were looking for and then tried to pawn off a lemon on us) Westshore Honda and Autonation (experiences were fine at the latter two). Then a friend referred us to Crown Honda and blew all the others out of the water. The GM, Jay Biggerstaff, called me to find out what I was looking for and within an hour had a car he wanted me to see. Online this car was simply perfect: color, well-maintained AND price. There had to be a catch right?! When we got there later that night, Jay was there and was with John Plasky on the sales team. John walked us through the car and late us drive it overnight to get a feel for it. I didn’t need convincing. John was not pushy and very knowledgable about Honda’s features and history. His excitement was genuine and infectious. Clearly we loved the car and the price was unbeatable. I can’t say enough about the service and seamless process. Everyone we worked with had a similar disposition, pretty chill, down to earth and genuine. John even sat with me to talk about all the features. Not pushy, not trying to trick us, they just sell quality cars at a fair price. If you want to find a great car at a great price and actually have a delightful experience, you need to go to Crown Honda. No catch. More
