5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH. DAN MICK IS MY HERO. Its Monday. Its two days before Thanksgiving. Its everybody needing their car serviced for the holiday. And then there's me wit DAN MICK IS MY HERO. Its Monday. Its two days before Thanksgiving. Its everybody needing their car serviced for the holiday. And then there's me with a tire that a curb rudely clipped and blew out my tire the day before. I hobbled in on the spare without an appointment and asked Dan to please help me. He made no promises other than he would do his best. He did better. He fit me into the schedule, provided great instruction and the Service staff put on a new tire, balanced them and put the spare back, filled it with air and reset the check lights- which by the way, I never knew there were so many!!! I was in and out of the service center in an amazingly short time. I AM SO GRATEFUL. Thank you Crown Honda for such an amazing crew of service personnel, They ALL ARE COURTEOUS AND KIND. great service From the time you pull in for service you feel welcome. Daimara walk me trough every step and stay with me until every thing was change from warranties, service, tire purchase everything. I wouldn't have known where to start, she made phone calls and fill forms until everything was done. Is very hard to find somebody so committed to her job to do so much.
