Michael Wolf ..Go to Guy!!! It took Months to think of what car to buy, finally I saw a good deal on the Car I wanted, the Honda Civic LX. I am always pressed for time because of my Schedule, Michael called me in minutes after my web site visit, And it was on a Sunday! I'm sure I intruded on some family time , so thanks Mike for going the extra mile. Michael explained all of my options over the phone and Monday I set up to see him about the actual cars available (Civics). Well! on Monday there where so many vehicles to choose from, I felt I paraded Michael around the lot. He patiently took the time to explain key points about each vehicle, ( very helpful and important on cost ).Then inside he answered about 100 of my pressing questions and had an answer for each question. This shows experience ! Very Good! Michael covered all the bases very well, from credit to insurance to detailing and excellent technical tips about my car which I didn't know! The icing on the cake was, I was keeping my old car, Michael was kind enough to drive my new car home for me! This is Superior! Micharl Tan took the time to go over the Kelly Blue book numbers, explain the numbers, look at my sales contract, and explain why I could not trade in my car. I was underwater with the loan and would have had to come up with the amount underwater in order to trade the car in. I didn't know this. He further suggeated a few things that would make the car more appealing to me (it doesn't have a gps system). He spent 45 minutes with me, and ultimately, did the improvements he suggested, and decided to hold on to the car for a couple of years to pay down the loan. I will be back to Crown Honda and will most definitely work with Michael Tan. Thank you, Michael...your honesty has changed my attitude that all car dealerships/car salesmen are thieves just looking out for the almighty dollar...there are honest people in every walk of life and you are surely one of these people in the car sales industry.
