I got a great deal on my new Honda Civic I had a great experience buying a new car here. In particular, the sales person, Tom Teel was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond, helping me narrow down what I wanted and getting me a great deal. When the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, he secured one from another dealership and had it brought in for me. I have had the car for a few days now and I am so satisfied. I am so glad that Tom took the time to show me all of the amazing features, and I know that I can call him again if I need help with something. I love my new Civic Hatchback; I couldn't be happier. I am especially impressed with all of the new safety features. Working at a hospital, those are very important to me. More

He answered all my questions, made sure that I was comfortable with my payment terms and made sure that I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Buying a car can be very stressful, but Mike and and the crown Honda team made a stressful time more stress free. I had a 3year old with me and he even eased that stress; He made sure I knew where the play room was and was extremely patient. He gave me a great overview of the car and was genuine. Took care of initial paperwork and thought the remainder would be straightforward and quick as we were paying cash. Unfortunately the finance person drew out their presentation, even though we declined service maintenance contract. Then detail people were very slow. Of the 3 hrs we were at dealership, 2 hrs were wasted just sitting waiting. More
