She took hours o Many, many thanks to Ms. Gloria Baraban for helping me get my beautiful Honda Accord. I recently lost my car due to an auto accident. She took hours out of her day to go over the plethora of details for multiple Honda models with me as we walked around the lot looking at the cars. I never felt pressured to buy a car that is out of my budget. I never felt hurried to make a decision. Once I had decided on my Accord she helped me with what documents I would need to bring back with me, with financing it, and didn't pressure me to buy extra things I don't really need. She even helped me sync my phone to the car before I left! I can't thank her enough for using her expertise to help me rather than to just make a profit. 5 stars for sure! More

His honesty, integrity and general interest in who I was as a person before even speaking about purchasing a car is why I chose Crown Honda. Ossie is a very well spoken professional who wanted to know my specific interests and needs so he could find me a car that best suits my Lifestyle for the best price. Prior to speaking with Ossie I shopped for a pre-owned car for about 2 weeks and spoke with a couple other dealers from different dealerships to move forward on a pre-owned Hyundai Elantra. The other dealers were not answering any of the simple questions I had, nor did they seem to care about my interests and needs when it came to purchasing a car. I felt that they were just trying to get a quick sale without even guiding me through the process. I was starting to get very frustrated with the process of buying a car until Ossie reached out to me. He was more than helpful and answered every question I had. He even followed up a few days after my purchase to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. When I need to upgrade my car again I will definitley be buying from Ossie. Highly Recommend More
