I saw a different sales person first and he was terrible, I do not want to go into detail here because you would probably not accept my review. I told him that I did not want to deal with him. The second day I came back I had Gloria taking care of me. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles she had available for me to see. Used Car Purchase Tim Foreman in Sales was very helpful and pleasant. I never felt pressured and he did a good job in explaining things to me. 5 stars for him! Jay was Tim Foreman in Sales was very helpful and pleasant. I never felt pressured and he did a good job in explaining things to me. 5 stars for him! Jay was also great in getting things set up when we first came in. The only issue I had was in Finance with Avery. I felt somewhat pressured in signing up for extra services that I really couldn't afford. This, however, was rectified by Jay and Tim the next day when I met with a new person in Finance. I was able to go over the Retail Buyers Order line by line for the first time. I will refer any of my friends or family to Tim Foreman . More

Great experience at Crown Honda My family has had a Honda Odyssey for almost 13 years. We bought it used and put over 200,000 miles on it. I retired and kids are grown, so I could ha My family has had a Honda Odyssey for almost 13 years. We bought it used and put over 200,000 miles on it. I retired and kids are grown, so I could have picked any type of car, but because our Honda Odyssey was so good to us. We just wanted to stick with a newer model. From the time we stepped foot on the lot, Tom Teel was right there. He listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect pre-owned Odyssey. It looked like new, low miles. Great service Sejad. Sejad Gurdic was very helpful to my husband and I. He answered all questions or concerns we had and if he didn't know the answer he quickly found out Sejad Gurdic was very helpful to my husband and I.
