Once the decision was narrowed down and wanted to think about it did not experience the pushiness of a salesman trying to make a sale. Upon making the final decision it was easy to return and to be sure we continued dealing with the original salesman, Frank Lovett. He went out of his way making sure I saw all the choices available in the color options and was very patient. More

Interaction with sales (Anthony) 5 star. Finance less so! Experience with Anthony was great. He was responsive and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to buy. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name. He argued with us regarding the fact that our purchase was a Honda Certified Pre-owned vehicle. It was! Had a condescending attitude and seemed more interested in completing the paperwork than valuing our business. Both my wife and I have managed professionals in the past and if he is treating other customers in this manner, he will be hurting Crown's business. More

"Met and exceeded expectations" I found a new Accord Hybrid on the internet at a very good price at Crown Honda. I inquired about the car and immediately salesman Jonathan Plasky con I found a new Accord Hybrid on the internet at a very good price at Crown Honda. I inquired about the car and immediately salesman Jonathan Plasky contacted me via e-mail. I asked him about fees and anything extra added to the cost and in less than 20 minutes he gave me a "drive out" price. This was important since I was 4 hours away. We talked the next morning, loved the price, and he said he would pick me up at the airport if I decided to buy. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Jonathan was honest, up front and a nice person. There was no surprises. Thank you Jonathan. My only regret was not buying my 2 previous Hondas from Crown and Jonathan.....A special shout out to Nick Feliciano in Finance for helping me out and enabling me to get home early.. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Gene Nigro in management. Not only did he e-mail me before my flight, he met me twice afterwards to make sure everything was going well.
