I am always greeted by name when arriving in the service port and they get my vehicle data and quickly put me in the que to see my advisor. Made an appointment for an oil change, arrived on time and my CRV was immediately taken in. I was informed but Xavier Montes it would approximately take 1 1/2 hours but he would do his best to get me out and my CRV was immediately taken in.
