James assisted me in signing up for the shuttle service & had it set up for me to be pick up when my car was ready! My car ended up being in the shop for 4 hours to complete the job so it was a huge relief I was able to return home without concern. Karen Rosen at Crown Honda gave me the best price, and her caring, knowledgeable handling of my purchase made my experience a very comfortable one. She took the time to talk me through the entire process including sitting with me in the car to explain all of the features. She also said I could come back anytime if I had any questions. Superior Love-bug coating job When I had to have my car coated for love-bugs, I didn't want to sit around and wait. So, Kenny drove me to the my favorite mall (great driver), and I When I had to have my car coated for love-bugs, I didn't want to sit around and wait. So, Kenny drove me to the my favorite mall (great driver), and I shopped for a few hours. When he called me, I was done and he came and picked me up. It was perfect timing. But my car!! It looked newer than new. Unbelievable detail work-thanks to Lynn Hair and his crew. And thanks to Bobby who helped me carry my packages, and Ralph Carter for arranging the whole shebang (what kind of word is that?), and following up.
