Crown Honda was upfront and honest about pricing, availability, expectations, etc, which is a rare quality among Tampa area dealers. I leased my 2022 HRV from Crown Honda at the recommendation of my friend. Moved to Florida from New Jersey. Had a 2019 HRV lease. So glad I leased from Crown. This was my first service for my 2022 HRV. my previous experience with Crown service was excellent and so was this one, I was greeted by a friendly agent even when i arrived early. Daimara Morrill provided courteous and professional help with my service appointment. The Service area is well maintained and a pleasant area to wait. Wait time was great. We worked with Enver Bekric and had a great experience. He showed us the few cars they had in stock (2022 is not a good year to buyer a car) and then helped us find the right car that was due to arrive wit He showed us the few cars they had in stock (2022 is not a good year to buyer a car) and then helped us find the right car that was due to arrive within 2 months. It arrived earlier than expected and he let me know as soon as he knew it would be in. We were away when it arrived but he held it for us and was helpful in arranging the insurance and showing us all the features of our new car. More
