Caring Service Consultant Good Morning My name is Timothy Lakly When our 2018 crv had a message the break system was not working i called Crown Honda and I was connected to Good Morning My name is Timothy Lakly When our 2018 crv had a message the break system was not working i called Crown Honda and I was connected to Michele Dessert. She was concerned with our safety which impressed me very. Michele said i could have the car towed but when i restarted the car the message did not appear again, this was the second time in two weeks this happened . Michele told me to have the car towed or bring it to Crown. I was very happy with the way she handled our problem. In the future i will always call Michele for any service.
