From the time I pulled in(without scheduled appt) to Michelle Dessert, the Service Rep., and the mechanics it was great service. Michelle Dessert was fantastic in keeping me updated on the diagnostic testing, diagnosis and repair options. Up-front and personable, I would say. Honda was able to get my car in great working order, completing all the repairs in a timely manner. I will add, they covered expense of car rental. Thanks, Michelle Dessert & Crown Honda! More
