Five Stars to Michele Dessert in Service, 0 to Crown Honda My wife and I have owned five Hondas. The last three were purchased at Crown Honda with the most recent being purchased in July 2017. WHILE I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM CROWN HONDA, I have no problems dealing with Michele Dessert in the Service department. We have worked with Michele for 20-plus years. She is honest, she treats you with respect, she is fair, and she has integrity. I trust Michele. If I could, I would give her 10 stars. If she ever leaves, I will never step into that dealership again. Kudos to Michele! More
