Crown Honda should consider hiring more females like Holley, it would probably increase sales, as no one understands or listens to a person like a woman does, in my opinion. It was easy to relate to her one mom to another. The world needs more female Sales Associates in the car world like Holley. If I were the owner I would give bonuses based on customer satisfaction in conjunction with sales on each car sold and she would be at the top of the list! More
