Buying a new car with child in tow After an extensive search for a new-to-me car, a search I anticipated being a few weeks but turned into a few months, I finally found the car I wanted After an extensive search for a new-to-me car, a search I anticipated being a few weeks but turned into a few months, I finally found the car I wanted online at this Crown Honda dealership. When I called, Sara Walters answered the phone, her knowledge of the car I was calling about, similar cars, and flexibility with meeting me due to transportation issues was exceptional. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by other friendly employees and helped until Sara came from her office. I had my son (5 years) with me and there was a little play area I felt comfortable turning my back and they had the cutest in-house cat named Oliver that my son loved! I was able to test drive my car and Sara took me where I could test back roads and highways. I decided to purchase this car and also received a great warranty and a great deal as the financial person (I forgot his name) shopped around for the lowest interest but most inclusive packages! I truly had an amazing experience buying my first car from a dealership and would highly, highly recommend Crown Honda to anybody looking! More

Enver Bekric made car buying easy! A year and a half ago I wandered into the new car showroom at Crown Honda while I was waiting for my 2005 Pilot to be serviced. I was greeted by a war A year and a half ago I wandered into the new car showroom at Crown Honda while I was waiting for my 2005 Pilot to be serviced. I was greeted by a warm and friendly young salesman named Enver Bekric. I explained that I was not looking for a new car at the moment, but I would likely buy another Honda Pilot when I was ready. Enver showed me the many features of the new Pilot and took me for a test drive. Even though he knew that that I was not ready to buy, he answered all of my questions and did not rush me. Over the next many months, he sent me emails occasionally when he saw something he thought I might like. This week I was ready to buy, so I called Enver. My needs had changed by that time, and I no longer needed a vehicle as large as a Pilot. Enver listened to my list of "must haves" and he suggested I look at a CRV. He was knowledgeable and professional as he showed me the CRV's many features. The test drive went well. But, it was Enver's professionalism, kindness, and patience that made me feel very comfortable about buying the vehicle on the spot.
