A month ago I met Carey, and he was very helpful right from the start. They did not happen to have what I was looking for that afternoon, and I was in a hurry, so I had to move on elsewhere. Fast forward one month later, and I recalled how great our first meeting had been, so I came back to see Carey. I was not rushed this time, and not only did he hear what I needed, within 48 hours he had located one even better than I'd hoped from another Crown dealer, drove there to pick it up himself, scheduled a convenient time for me the next day to test drive it (on a day that would have been his day off), was completely no-pressure and helpful as could be, and gave me time to discern if it would work for me financially. An hour later I gave my deposit. Then within 24 hours, he had had the car detailed, with dings fixed, nicks re-painted, and car buffed to look unbelievably like brand new. He and Justin were very fair in the price of the car, my trade in, and the finance options -- the clearest and most detailed that I've ever been offered -- answered every question I had and were explicit about the assurances. Within another hour, I drove out with the nicest car I've ever owned with sufficient warranty for my needs. Carey contacted me again within 24 hours to make sure all was good, and one item of the car was still to be delivered, and he even dropped it off personally. This is -- far and away -- the best pre-purchase, purchase and post-purchase experience for a vehicle I've ever had, and nothing less than a superb experience from beginning to end. Seriously.
