I discovered the dealership when shopping deals on Autotrader.com. I quickly learned they go above and beyond for their customers, which is not usual as per many other dealerships we had dealt with the past month while searching for the perfect "deal". I found their pricing to be very competitive, so for my husband and I, it was worth the 2.5 hr drive to explore 3 vehicles we were interested in. We specifically worked with Michael Wolf and Jonathan, as well. Michael had all 3 vehicles lined up that I had shown an interest in, ready for a test drive (even though these vehicles were not originally all on the Crown Honda location- some where at other Crown dealerships). We arrived later, probably around 7:30, which was completely acceptable by the staff there, despite the fact they close at 8:30. We test drove 2 of the 4 vehicles and they suggested, with no pressure, that we check out a newer model that was priced within the same range as the other 3 we were looking at. We fell in love with their suggestion and bought the 4th model that wasn't even on our radar. They are non-pressure salesmen and truly go beyond the call of duty, staying late, until 11:30pm that night to ensure our transaction was completed all in that one trip. While in the process of processing the paperwork, we interacted with several of the employees across various functions, all of which were very courteous, professional, friendly and simply down to earth. Beyond the experience there at the dealership, all pre-work before we arrived and any follow-up items were taken care of in a timely manner. I couldn't be more impressed with our experience. I highly recommend this dealership - best potential and actual car buying experience we've had to date! More
