It was nice that we could let him know exactly what we were looking for before walking into the dealership. Michael worked with us to get us a price we were comfortable with. He made the process easy. We spoke to many Honda dealerships in the Tampa Bay area during the car shopping process, and we were so turned off by the sales people we encountered. The excitement of buying a new car was crushed by their deceptive and arrogant ways. It was horrible at times. Michael was upfront and to the point. No games or gotchas.
