Wonderful Experience It had been many years since I'd shopped for a vehicle but I was online and saw a beautiful car that I'd always wanted for a very reasonable price. So I called Crown Honda and Jesse Loreto answered all of my questions about the car and had the car brought over to his dealership for me to test drive. The car was great and Jesse was awesome in helping me with all the details. Being a female, buying a car can be a bit unnerving but Jesse made the entire experience flow with ease for me. The entire dealership really pulled together and helped me purchase my beautiful new/ used Solara. I am very happy with everything and would highly advise anyone to contact Jesse for help finding a good used vehicle! He's very nice and true to his word, I feel he went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable, which I honestly didn't expect. Thank you Jesse and Crown Honda! More

When our planned visit conflicted with Bruce's schedule he made arrangements for others to be available. When we arrived the contact was busy and a replacement was quickly brought to bear to address our questions. My wife wanted to see the actual vehicles she was interested in to determine color, she already knew the model she wanted. Both were brought out so she could see for herself. Once decided we met with Michael who was both patient and understanding. After extensive negotiations, we reached agreement with his superiors. He was anxious to close the deal and we did not want to hang around so we proposed returning the next day to finalize the transaction. Despite it being his day off Michael returned to finalize things with us and to go over the car with my wife. In the meanwhile, we met with Alex to pay for it and she was a delight in making things flow smoothly. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

Long wait for oil change I stopped in at 10:15 AM on a Tues to get an "Express" oil change. I signed the sheet, all the names on top of mine where highlighted, there was only I stopped in at 10:15 AM on a Tues to get an "Express" oil change. I signed the sheet, all the names on top of mine where highlighted, there was only one car in the drop off area. I was told it would be 2 hours. I left. I came back in a few days later...again " two hours wait time " I left. You need to get more guys on the oil change service. Two hours is unacceptable. As suggested both previous times My 3 rd visit I arrived at 7:30AM. It was still an hour wait, even though I asked to skip all the service checks ( AS SUGGESTED I COULD OPT FOR BY ONE OF THE OUTDOOR CHECK IN GUYS ) and just change my oil/filter and get me out ASAP I do want to say my Rep Michele Dessert was great. She even walked me to the parking lot at the end, opened my car, shook my hand and thanked me. I don't recall anyone doing that in my years coming in for many services. Great job, it made me feel better even though I'm not happy waiting an hour for an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. More

When my vehicle needs service, I specifically ask for him and only him as the trust has certainly been earned over time.
