What? Customer service with a great attitude?! My wife's Accord had a airbag recall. We made an appointment to bring it to auto way Honda. I was mistaken and brought it to Crown. G the service rep told me of my mistake and then offered to help me by getting the car in right then to fix the airbag. G had a great attitude and notified me by text when my car was done. Skip was very helpful! I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I'm a teacher so scheduling is always a trick - the service representative told me I would see "fir I called to make an appointment for an oil change. That made me nervous, but Skip Kolbe took care of everything efficiently and was very friendly. He was clear on the services needed and why and what the cost was; when it changed he informed me immediately (it was going to cost less than expected); and when another costumer tried to interrupt him, he took care of it respectfully, and got me out of there first. Hugo Gonzales I originally looked at a different Accord n then saw the Accord Sport. That itself tells me he is a wonderful employee who will go out of his way to make the customer is happy. Paperwork process very fast, which I like n it didn't seem like I was there that long. Great Service My wife had been cleaning the car's interior and without thinking, left all the dome and door lights on thereby resulting in a flat battery. AAA arriv My wife had been cleaning the car's interior and without thinking, left all the dome and door lights on thereby resulting in a flat battery. AAA arrived and jump-started the engine, but the tech recommended going to the dealer to make sure the battery wasn't defective. Arriving at Crown Honda, we were met and greeted by Diamara Morrill who promptly arranged a battery check to assess its power ability and reassured us that as we were under warranty , the battery, if found defective, would be replaced free of charge. Shortly, the results came back - battery strong and we were on our way home ! Great efficiency and service and we plan on keeping Diamara for any or all other services. More
