Long wait for oil change I stopped in at 10:15 AM on a Tues to get an "Express" oil change. I signed the sheet, all the names on top of mine where highlighted, there was only I stopped in at 10:15 AM on a Tues to get an "Express" oil change. I signed the sheet, all the names on top of mine where highlighted, there was only one car in the drop off area. I was told it would be 2 hours. I left. I came back in a few days later...again " two hours wait time " I left. You need to get more guys on the oil change service. Two hours is unacceptable. As suggested both previous times My 3 rd visit I arrived at 7:30AM. It was still an hour wait, even though I asked to skip all the service checks ( AS SUGGESTED I COULD OPT FOR BY ONE OF THE OUTDOOR CHECK IN GUYS ) and just change my oil/filter and get me out ASAP I do want to say my Rep Michele Dessert was great. She even walked me to the parking lot at the end, opened my car, shook my hand and thanked me. I don't recall anyone doing that in my years coming in for many services. Great job, it made me feel better even though I'm not happy waiting an hour for an EXPRESS OIL CHANGE. More

Hugo Gonzales I originally looked at a different Accord n then saw the Accord Sport. Hugo had gone inside to get the key n I changed my mind n wanted to test drive I originally looked at a different Accord n then saw the Accord Sport. Hugo had gone inside to get the key n I changed my mind n wanted to test drive Sport. Hugo went out of his way, moved cars around so I can test drive it. That itself tells me he is a wonderful employee who will go out of his way to make the customer is happy. Paperwork process very fast, which I like n it didn't seem like I was there that long. I would recommend to my family n friends to go to Crown Honda if they decide to buy one. Overall I am very happy with the services I got.
