He greeted me with a friendly smile and he recognized me immediately, which I appreciate and makes me feel welcomed and not a nuisance as some other places prior have come across. I always tell my friends to check Crown Honda Service first because I don't feel as if they are trying to push unnecessary services for extra money and I will be returning for my future service needs. They treat their customers like neighbors, and always do the little extra that makes me come back. And they don't try to unnecessarily up sell me-a rarity in the regular service biz. More
