Security System Locked due to dead battery We were in Tennessee where our CRV is stored for winter. Due to a dead battery the security system locked. After referring to the manual and many attempts, we could not get horn to stop blowing or the get car in gear. amazing customer service Michele did an excellent job when I brought my car in for service. I had emailed a couple of questions beforehand my visit and she answered me almost Michele did an excellent job when I brought my car in for service. I had emailed a couple of questions beforehand my visit and she answered me almost immediately. When my car was having maintenance she would come and check in on me telling me how much longer it was going to be. Also she explained my service contract and she took care of of my credit card payment at the of the day. Good job Michelle thank you More
