I’m retired and in Seminole for the month of February and I realized that I needed an oil change before my return to Indiana. This Honda service center was nearby and after seeing their positive reviews, ca I realized that I needed an oil change before my return to Indiana. This Honda service center was nearby and after seeing their positive reviews, called to schedule. Scheduling was quick and I received a reminder call. Daniel Quintiliani was my service advisor. He met me promptly and entered my information into their system and explained what they would do and check on my Odyssey. Then he escorted me to their waiting area. He returned after a short wait and advised me to another issue that showed up during the inspection. This service was not critical for me in the near term, so I decided to defer until I returned to home. I felt no pressure from Daniel to have the service done. He did explain the need to be sure I did the service and advised I use Honda service to be sure that factory specifications were maintained. Later, he brought the car around and collected payment. I did ask if they had a car wash. He provided a complimentary wash at a nearby wash. He walked me to my van and removed all the seat and floor coverings. Overall a clean and seamless service call and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Crown Honda and Daniel Quintiliani for your service needs. More
Gary Phillip's was very honest with us. We appreciated that because one of the reasons we don't normally use a dealer for service is because they are always trying to pile on extra fixes. Have been dealing with Ceown Honda since 1984 when I got my first Honda Accord. Since then I've had a couple more Accords, an Odyssey and now my 2016 CRV.
