Randy Stiles is an awesome Service Advisor. I drive over an hour to have my service performed at Crown Honda by Mike Larson, who is an excellent mechanic. Even before this current pandemic situation, I have an hour to have my service performed at Crown Honda by Mike Larson, who is an excellent mechanic. Even before this current pandemic situation, I have issues for which I require reasonable accommodation; Randy and Mike always go above and beyond to take care of my special needs. They ensure that I understand exactly any work that needs to be done and provides my with exceptional customer service - always! My car is older, so I don't often get the opportunity to provide survey feedback. I just wanted to ensure everyone - especially the Service Manager - knows what tremendous assets Randy and Mike are to the service team. I truly appreciate Randy and Mike and will continue driving the extra miles for the exceptional service they both provide me! More

Brooks Falzone is an outstanding member of your Service Department and his picture should be added to those considered the best. Late in the day on Saturday of Labor Day weekend the battery failed on my ol Department and his picture should be added to those considered the best. Late in the day on Saturday of Labor Day weekend the battery failed on my older Honda Odyssey; the motor powering the sliding door on the drivers side went dead at the same time; and my car was due for servicing. The car was towed to your dealership with a note inside indicating I was well into my senior years, had a mobility issue, and had accidentally left my walking cane in the car. I needed my car back ASAP! Brooks was in constant and timely communication with me regarding what was needed, the cost, and when the car would be ready. Even though there was an extraordinary number of cars needing service after the holiday weekend, he clearly empathized with my situation and expedited the servicing. When Kenny, your courtesy van driver, pulled into the service area, Brooks ran out, got my cane out of my car and met me with a smile and the cane before I could exit the van. What more could anyone ask for? Extraordinary! More

Appointment was on time. Once my car was diagnosed Zach Ruppert arranged a shuttle ride home because my car had to remain overnight. The part needed was not in stock. Zach called me the next morning to let me know they had the part and were working on my car. When it was completed he arranged a shuttle ride so I could pick up my car. It was wonderful to have cold air coming out of my A/C instead of hot air. I also wanted to compliment the shuttle driver. I forgot his name but I know he has been with Crown for a long time. He was very polite and easy to talk to. More

She always reviews the maintenance needs of my vehicle explaining in detail and clarity before I agree to service so that I understand everything I'm paying for. She is very personable, professional and thoughtful. Because I'm bringing my car from another city to be serviced at Crown I always wait while it is being serviced a fact not lost on Michelle. From my first appointment with Michelle she asked if there was any way she could make my wait more enjoyable including courtesy transportation. She really knows her stuff about Honda vehicles and my vehicle always has a noticeable improvement either in the way it drives or in improvements in the air conditioner. She informs me of items that will need attention on my next service visit. Michelle always expresses genuine concern for me as well as my vehicle and I take enthusiastic pride and satisfaction in writing this review on her behalf. Bravo Michelle! More
