Unfortunately, I can’t respect a Honda dealership who doesn’t associate needs for Honda service with a potential purchase (at that time or later). I made all the calls, I pursued the information...I don doesn’t associate needs for Honda service with a potential purchase (at that time or later). I made all the calls, I pursued the information...I don’t work there. The experience was unfortunate as I have been loyal to Honda for 25 years and am on my 7th Honda vehicle. High estimate, little give and no “pitch” on maybe purchasing something else...disappointing. We will drive further to another Honda dealership who has these basics established. More

Great experience!!! Gary was positive and pleasant!!! My car did not register for the alignment check the 1st time so Gary noticed it did not register and went through th Gary was positive and pleasant!!! My car did not register for the alignment check the 1st time so Gary noticed it did not register and went through the check again and I believe all 4 tires were out and was leaving on trip on Thursday so noticed the difference as soon as drove off the lot. Gary really took the time to listen to me about my car which I had just purchased 2 months ago!!! I felt assured leaving crown honda with nothing more needed to be serviced which they found additional things to be done and called me first before doing anything extra!!! I also got to discuss the service with the mechanic, Mike Larson, and told me everything that serviced just as I discussed with Gary, Mike also very positive, pleasant, and reassuring about looking over the whole car!!!Simply a great experience!!! More
