My car was picked up from my home on 12/28/2020 and serviced by August Lascola. Once the car was in the shop , August called me to give reports on what was going on with my car and the problems that serviced by August Lascola. Once the car was in the shop , August called me to give reports on what was going on with my car and the problems that I was having with the chrome trim around the windows and the bottom of the left and right side of the doors. He mentioned to me also that if the stains did not come out while it goes in for detail then they will have to order new trim chromes to replace the damaged ones.
