Mario Pozzi was my sales rep and he was fantastic! He showed me a certified pre-owned vehicle that was of interest and we discussed the possibility of a sale with trade-in. I took a week to consider and then called to set up an appointment with him after discovering the vehicle was still available. He made the experience painless.
