After spending days driving all over Pinellas County looking for the best midsize SUV I stopped by Crown Hyundai to check out the Santa Fe. First thing that struck me was how busy they were yet organiz looking for the best midsize SUV I stopped by Crown Hyundai to check out the Santa Fe. First thing that struck me was how busy they were yet organized, Very clean and a great display of vehicle types. Once I spotted a vehicle I wanted to check into, a very polite young man Alejandro Prichard came over to introduced himself and the process of buying a car became a personal relationship verses an adversarial battle. Bottom line this young man allowed me to sell myself on the vehicle I purchased and made sure I understood how everything worked before we left. The Finance Mgr stayed late to get all the paperwork done explaining everything we were signing and Thanked us for buying at Crown. Needless to say we'll be sending our friends to visit Alejandro and the gang anytime they're looking for a vehicle. More

Fantastic dealership in all ways. For service always use Jarett Ziemak and he takes very good care of his customers and is very professional. Have bought and had several Hyundai's serviced by Crown since 20 Jarett Ziemak and he takes very good care of his customers and is very professional. I want to Thank Tom Burkart for assisting me with my oil change. My appointment was at 11am..but I was 30 minutes early...I was told to wait in the lounge and that they will come and get me when my car change. My appointment was at 11am..but I was 30 minutes early...I was told to wait in the lounge and that they will come and get me when my car was done. I had a free car wash and must say I was pleased with the service from the time I got there to the time I left. This is the 2nd time Tomm has assisted me...the first time had something to do with an accelerator device..which he took care in a timely manner..Tomm is the real deal..he exudes Customer Service, allowing his customers to feel comfortable and content with the whole waiting process. More
