Then once I selected the vehicle, the transfer to Bob in finance was seamless. Bob new what I wanted to pay and did his research to get me the right financing deal. But to go a step further, the next day Bob calls me to advise me he found an even better deal. In other words he didn't just leave it as it was, he continued to find an even better deal, even though we agreed on the deal the day prior. Above and beyond what I was expecting. In previous time purchasing a vehicle financing was always a thorn - this was excellent, superior service all the way!
