I just leased a Hyundai Kona from Crown Hyundai & it was an excellent & easy experience. Very energetic, knowledgeable guy. He did not slow down on educating us about the every aspect of ther vehicle and the Hyundai name. I felt very informed and excited about making ther decision to buy. on educating us about the every aspect of ther vehicle and the Hyundai name. I felt very informed and excited about making ther decision to buy. He went threw every question I had before I asked them. He took the time to explain every feature of ther car and how it worked. Christian stated at ther back of the car and worked his way around the car, then when we sat inside the car he started on the left instrument cluster, moved to ther steering wheel buttons, then to the touch screen in the center, moved to the center arm rest area, not skipping any one section of the interior of the car. Finally educated us on the Hyundai name and warenty. Christian was always smiling and a pleasant to speak with. I will always suggest people meet with Christian. Also a shout out to Anthony for the great help over ther phone and internet before our visit into ther show room. More

Superb!!! I have purchased MANY vehicles in my past, 3 of them being Hyundai's from this specific location. Never in all of those many purchases was I given suc I have purchased MANY vehicles in my past, 3 of them being Hyundai's from this specific location. Never in all of those many purchases was I given such outstanding service and professionalism as I was given by RaShawn Latimer! From the time I walked into the dealership to his welcoming smile until the time I walked out with the keys to my 2017 Sonata. He was highly dedicated to making sure I was well taken care of and comfortable throughout the entire process! I have never dealt with a car salesman that stayed with me through the entire process and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I truly wish she was there to help me when I bought my sonata. she really takes cares of you and gets to know your needs and wants. she is an absolute expert with her cars and will not bs you into a sale. she took time staying late to explain the features on the car and made sure we were satisfied- she excelled beyond our expectations, you have to ask for Jennifer Irvin!!
