From the moment I got in touch with Brian he helped me with everything i needed. I was in a very stressful situation with another dealership and explained to him the situation and he took that off my shou with everything i needed. Online purchase at Crown Hyundai I was looking to upgrade my 2008 Ford Expedition and since I live over 3 hours away, I was not able to go a test drive, but Steve's was able to answer I was looking to upgrade my 2008 Ford Expedition and since I live over 3 hours away, I was not able to go a test drive, but Steve's was able to answer all of questions to my satisfaction. Very knowledgeable salesman. To make a long story short, I made and offer which was accepted by the Dealership. We went to the dealership yesterday (3-8-20) and to do a test drive and pick up the vehicle. I was assisted by Christian Pfeifer who was also excellent. He went for a test drive with us and answered all of my questions. Bob Rasgaitis in finance completed all of the paperwork in minimal time. Bob was professional and knowledgeable. One of the things I particularly appreciated about Bob was, while he fully explined all of our options, he was not pushy at all. Highly recommend this Dealership which I rate as "EXCELLENT." More
