I read lots of reviews though before I purchased, so I I recently went from owning 4 BMW's to purchasing a Genesis G80. First off, I love the vehicle. I read lots of reviews though before I purchased, so I am not actually surprised by the vehicle itself. Instead, what surprised me was the service and maintenance. which was exceptional and far exceeded any experience I had over the past 15 years with 4 BMW's. When I dropped my Genesis for service, Tomm Burkart literally had a loaner vehicle ready for me, and I spend less than 5 minutes at the dealership. When my car was ready to be picked up, it took me less than 5 minutes to be back in my Genesis and on the way home. I should also note that before I brought my vehicle in for service, Tomm offered to send a loaner vehicle to my house and exchange it with my vehicle so that I wouldn't have to go anywhere. More
