Always taken care of! I have had my cars serviced at Crown Hyundai since 2011 and Jarett Ziemak knows me by name and always seems to know my concerns. A Dealer to stay away from We bought our vehicle at Crown. I bought an extended warranty for our 2nd vehicle from Crown. We liked the Sales experience but that is where the praise ends. In the last year we have had to get service for our 2016 SUV 3 times and each time was "Worse" than the last visit. DO NOT Expect to receive return contact from any service tech. DO NOT think that even if you have reception email them of your last 2 calls - YOU WILL NOT get a reply... I had to bring the vehicle over to another dealer - this last time to get emergency service - and they fixed the issue in hours... VERY POOR SHOW at Crown and we were going to buy a new Kona but it will not be from Crown... Just wanted to let all out in the buying and Car people out there Know and save you the disappointment. More

No stress with Ryan Gibb On July 5th my husband and I walked into Crown Hyundai because we had received a letter regarding some special deals we wanted to check out, We had be On July 5th my husband and I walked into Crown Hyundai because we had received a letter regarding some special deals we wanted to check out, We had been thinking of trading our nice Sonata. We went just to see and walked out with a brand new leased Tucson, which had actually been my dream car for several years. Ryan Gibb was our leasing specialist. He is very knowledgeable and explained to us how much better leasing would be and how right it would be for us. I know he worked hard to give us the best deal. Best of all, he made the experience fun and we never felt pressured. Since having the car I have called Ryan about three times and he promptly returns my calls and is always very patient and polite. We are enjoying our new car so very much, but most importantly, we know that Ryan is always there to help us, as well as all your other employees who take care of our car. More
