Test Drive Nightmare November 2018 I got an offer in the mail to receive a $40 gift card for doing a test drive. I came in with my offer before Thanksgiving. The offer s November 2018 I got an offer in the mail to receive a $40 gift card for doing a test drive. I came in with my offer before Thanksgiving. The offer showed a picture of a real gift card and no mention of an e-card was on the form. If it had said e-card I would not have done the test drive. The test drive went fine. I filled out my paperwork . There was never any mention on that day about an e-card. Here it is March and no card! I have called and was told it was a computer error. I was later told the rules had changed and it had to be an e-card. I was then told I had to re-apply like I was going for a new test drive and use the code I was given in November! I never got a code in November! How do you even use a e-card? Where would you use one? Does it have a barcode? I even mailed two letters to the dealership to try to get this resolved to no avail. Such poor customer service. I did the test drive. I brought in the offer and I filled out the paperwork after the test drive. I feel I should be given the actual gift card that was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise it is false advertising and dishonest. Barbra Breslauer More

Went and had some lunch while they prepare paperwork, detailed the vehicle, and got everything ready. Came back signed my paperwork; time with Mario in the vehicle to go over all the features. He even set-up my phone/car connectivity! He was great, knowledgeable and a very, genuinely caring, nice man! Thanks again Mario! More

Great customer service I have now gotten 5 cars from Crown Hyundai since 2004...the last one was a 2016 Sonata that I decided to lease 3 years ago. My lease was coming to an I have now gotten 5 cars from Crown Hyundai since 2004...the last one was a 2016 Sonata that I decided to lease 3 years ago. My lease was coming to an end and I got a call from Justin Hoffman to see what he could do to help me...I went in to meet with him and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! I decided to keep my car so he walked me through everything and then I met with the finance department! I highly recommend that anyone interested in a Hyundai stop by Crown and ask for Justin! More
