I normally hate this experience of going car shopping but John went above and beyond to make sure I was sheltered from sitting at the dealer for a hundred years. Instead John walked me through purchasing my new car online and once everything was completely approved with the bank for financing he called me up and said when would you like to pick up your new car. Best prices on a new Hyundai without having to haggle Besides the initial slow response via email and then later on the mix up with VIN numbers, it went well. Their lowest price offer was actually pretty decent (I was given 3 offers with different timelines). That makes buying a car much more easier if you just give your lowest price up front. He surprised me and was not condescending to me as most men are to women auto buyers. He knows about the product he is selling and has experience with Hyundai and BMW. (I was trading in a bmw). Highly recommend Nicholas Black I stopped in recently to see what used cars they might have. Assuming they wouldn't have anything available in my low budget, Nick got on the computer I stopped in recently to see what used cars they might have. Assuming they wouldn't have anything available in my low budget, Nick got on the computer and was able to look at all the cars in all of their local lots. Nick walked with me to the another Crown car lot, went on the test drive with me and looked the car over for me. He differs from all other car salesman by having an extensive knowledge and hands-on experience as a mechanic, his caring/non pushy or "convincing" nature, and really looking out for his customer's best interest. As a female, I didn't feel pressured or "sold" and was given space to make the right decision for me. I highly recommend Nicholas Black and hope you go see him when buying your next car. More
