He surprised me and was not condescending to me as most men are to women auto buyers. He knows about the product he is selling and has experience with Hyundai and BMW. (I was trading in a bmw). Was pretty satisfied with final deal and did actually buy a new car. Would recommend Tony and Crown Hyundai. Now the Finance guy was negligent in providing all the information on all the UPSELLS. Highly recommend Nicholas Black I stopped in recently to see what used cars they might have. Assuming they wouldn't have anything available in my low budget, Nick got on the computer I stopped in recently to see what used cars they might have. Assuming they wouldn't have anything available in my low budget, Nick got on the computer and was able to look at all the cars in all of their local lots. Nick walked with me to the another Crown car lot, went on the test drive with me and looked the car over for me. He differs from all other car salesman by having an extensive knowledge and hands-on experience as a mechanic, his caring/non pushy or "convincing" nature, and really looking out for his customer's best interest. As a female, I didn't feel pressured or "sold" and was given space to make the right decision for me. I highly recommend Nicholas Black and hope you go see him when buying your next car. More
