Incredibly Awesome Car Buying Experience I began my search on line for a new vehicle late afternoon when I found something interesting on the Crown Hyundai website. I had a brief online chat I began my search on line for a new vehicle late afternoon when I found something interesting on the Crown Hyundai website. I had a brief online chat exchange with the online and explained what I was looking for along with my personal preferences. I also mentioned that I'm not very fond of the typical car buying experience and was really dreading going through this one. Shortly after the chat session, Aaron Schmitt reached out to me and that's when I started thinking to myself, oh no, it's about to begin. But it was anything but bad...it was the beginning of a simply awesome car buying experience. Aaron was very professional and expressed a sincere interest in getting me in the car I wanted (not what they wanted) and at the price I was comfortable...there was absolutely no pressure at all. Aaron and I continued communicating by text, email, and phone and shortly thereafter when all was said and done I had in my hands an excellent quote in my hands for a brand new 2018 Hyundai Accent that met all of my requirements. All this minus the usual frustration that you would expect. Aaron then set up an appointment at a convent time for me to come in and finalize the purchase. On appointment day, Aaron continued to be of valuable assistance while answering my questions about what information and documentation that he would need to facilitate completing the purchase that evening. Aaron met me upon arrival, again very professional, polite, and courteous, and genuine. He then took me out to take a look at the vehicle I had selected and explained its many features as well as offering a test drive. Once this was done, we moved on to his office (with a quick, informative tour of the service department on the way) where the paperwork was all ready for review...everything was exactly as we had discussed in advance...no surprises at all. He then took my package to Management for review then it was off to Finance for for final signature on purchase, title, and registration documents. This was all completed quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, painlessly. Before I knew it, I was introduced to the Manager on the way out the door to drive away in my new car. I could hardly believe it...my appointment time was at 7:00 pm...the entire process was completed in well under an hour, allowing me to arrive home (12 miles away) at 8:10 pm...wow! Thank You Aaron and all the other tremendously professional members of the Hyundai Team (Finance and Management) I worked with that evening for yes, an incredibly awesome car buying experience. More

Found the perfect car I had initially looked at the Hyundai Tuscon. I ended up with the Santa Fe Sport. I wanted it in red and with certain other specifications.
