Totally surprised how much respect I have for them ! As I viewed their cars, I was approached by a young newer employee Michael Recca. His low key very relaxed greeting is the only reason I stayed & answered a few basic questions. My wife was sick so I was just " shopping " & told him that. My car's lease was up in the end of May. I left but told him I'd bring her back to drive a car. We returned 3 times before selecting a new car to lease. Other people in finance Danny Lai & Adrian Quirk plus Casey Newman,in management, were polite impressive professionals. I never wrote a report about an auto dealer before but they made me feel quite comfortable because of their character ways ! More
